Jasmine
Jasmine is a native Arabic speaker and speaks English fluently, has a Bachelor degree in Biology from Damascus University as well as a diploma in Business administration followed by one year studies of cultures and civilizations. She is originally from Syria now lives in the US. Jasmine always had the passion to teach Arabic. She has been working as a teacher for 4 years now and taught English, Biology, Math, Arabic and Islamic studies. Teaching is one of her hobbies as well as blogging and writing. Daniel
Daniel has 6 years of experience in teaching both literary and spoken Arabic. Daniel taught young and adult students to pass their exams successfully. Aamer teaches Arabic at LingoLearn. He manages a teaching center in Beit Zafafa (Jerusalem) and also teaches there. Muhammad
Muhammad manages the "Youth Futures" program in eastern Jerusalem, which strives to empower disadvantaged Israeli youth. Originally from Kaukab Abu al-Hija, a village in northern Israel, Muhammad has been living in Jerusalem for the past 8 years. Muhammad has a B.A in special education, an M.B.A in education programs management, and over 5 years' experience within the Ministry of Education. Ofer
Ofer holds a B.A. and a master's degree in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Haifa, as well as an Arabic teaching diploma from Oranim College. Ofer has 3 years' experience as a teaching assistant in the University of Haifa, providing lessons to graduating students, and has taught Arabic to junior high and high school students for an additional 3 years. Currently, Ofer serves as a an 8th grade home room teacher at Misgav High School. Ofer's knowledge and admiration of the Arabic language stems from his grandparents' home, both of whom are immigrants from Egypt. He now considers Arabic a hobby too, dedicating some of his spare time to reading Arab literature. Ofer also enjoys hiking, bike riding, and the beauty and tranquility of his area of residence. David got his teaching diploma from "David Yellin" teachers college in Jerusalem, specializing in literatature and theatre.His B.A. in education is from the Hebrew university in Jerusalem. Tiferet holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies, majoring in the Chinese language, from Tel Aviv University. She has over 10 years' experience providing private lessons as well as teaching groups, having instructed extracurricular activities for young adults. Tiferet derives much interest from meeting others through her profession, and sees it as a way of forming bonds and learning more about herself and the people around her. Ernesto was born in Venezuela. He moved to Italy when he was 2 years old, and completed his studies in linguistics. In the meantime he followed some courses to become a translator and translated several books from English into Italian, that have been published. Antonio

Anonio is a Spanish teacher with a vast experience of 22 years, instructing native speakers and foreigners alike in all levels. Antonio derives great pleasure from his students' desire to learn about a new culture, and especially enjoys hearing beginners talk Spanish as soon as they start learning. He lives in the beautiful town of Jarabacoa, "city of the eternal Spring" in the Dominican Republic, where he likes spending long hours receiving a natural body massage from the local waterfall. Alex

Alex after successfully attaining a B.A in East Asian Studies and International Relations at The Hebrew University, Alex pursued his dreams and traveled to the Far East. His journey eventually brought him to Kunmin, a city in the Yunnan province, where he spent a year learning Chinese at the local university and experiencing the rural, traditional China area embodied by the area. Alex worked in Kunmin as an English teacher for adults and children and developed several unique hobbies, among which is a particular affection for the history and cuisine of ethnic minorities in China. Alex is a self-proclaimed lover and speaker of the Chinese language, and tries to learn a few new words every day, at the very least. Hillary

Hillary made "aliyah" (immigrated to Israel) from the United States over three years ago with a bachelor's degree in education. During her time in the USA, she taught language arts for six years, developed curriculum in a variety of subjects, and trained new teachers. She was also certified in research-based strategies for assisting students with special needs. In Israel, Hillary teaches English on many levels, from beginners just learning to read to fluent English speakers looking to perfect their skills. Adar teaches Japanese at LingoLearn. She has 10 years of teaching experience behind her. Adar graduated with honors from Tel-Aviv University’s East Asia faculty. Strahinja
Strahinja, a Belgrade resident, holds a B.A from the Faculty of Economics in the University of Belgrade. He has worked as a Serbian teacher for foreigners in a Belgrade language school and taught English to children in Uzbekistan as part of a volunteer program. He enjoys being able to represent the Serbian culture and language to the world and removing the stigma around it ("inform people that Serbia and Siberia are not the same thing", he adds). Majda

Majda holds a Master's degree in Italian and Ukrainian language, literature and culture from the University of Zagreb. During the course of her academic studies, she participated in several Italian language courses, attending a semester at an Italian university in Sicily and working in a local childrens' bookstore. Majda currently volunteers in several programs, providing tutoring to primary school pupils. She teaches Italian language and literature in Rijeka, Croatia. Majda enjoys overcoming difficulties together with her students, and seeing their progress.
